For what it is, its good. Rooms are basic but fine. I live hours away and I generally stay here when my son has medical appointments at Westmead. Being right opposite Westmead hospital, convenience is unmatched, the light rail, trains and buses right on the doorstep make it easy to get around and to Westfield Parramatta. Receptionists have always been great. Rooms are clean. Parking always available.

I almost feel like having another operation at Westmead Hospital just to be able to stay here again. The facilities were near perfect but the staff really shone. Value for money was outstanding.

- Hallways were dirty and narrow. - The noise from surrounding rooms was definitely annoying. It was a very aged room internally albeit very clean and simple. The noise from surrounding areas and rooms was frustrating. And the ugly and dirty hallways were annoying. The price was very expensive for one night given the Paramatta Region - I paid $244 for one night for only one person. It was cheaper I wouldn't be so critical. - The smell of Neighbours activities and hallways was definitely noticable which could leak into your room. There is not good ventilation in this aged hotel. - Aged Room (which was more cosmetic than anything) - Good - Location given close to Westmeade Hospital. Clean (Bedsheet, etc).

If I could give zero stars I would. We rang telling them needed a room with child staying in hospital they said here is a hospital discount what was $300 more then on booking.com. Booked it got to the room and it smelt like fresh cigarette smoke. They charge for parking $15 a day. House keeping broke our phone charger and we were told to email the manager to see what he can do. And to top it off they charged us twice on our card once we departed rang to come back and get a refund on the second transaction but had to put it back on the card and then told us will be 3 days for the refund to come back. Would not recommend staying here, definitely won’t stay here again.
