Tipping is appreciated but never expected.

Absolutely appalling customer service. This is now the third time I’ve been overlooked by the same staff member while ordering at 18 Grams Coffee in Hurstville Westfield. I was standing in the clearly marked “Order Here” area waiting to be served, yet she proceeded to serve multiple customers who had arrived after me without once checking who had been waiting first. As someone who works in customer service myself, this is basic. If there’s any uncertainty, you simply ask, “Who’s next?” Instead, I was ignored while people who arrived later were served ahead of me. When I raised the issue, I received nothing more than a brief “sorry” before my order was taken. There was no genuine apology, no acknowledgement that my time had been wasted, and no attempt to make things right. After this has happened to me on three separate occasions with the same staff member, it’s hard to see it as an isolated mistake. If you value good customer service, I’d recommend going to Urban Jungle or Common Ground instead. Both consistently acknowledge customers, serve people in the correct order, and provide the level of service that should be expected. Unfortunately, after three experiences like this, I

Honestly, i am regular customer on this cafe from last 3 yrs.Normally i always go on Tuesday to have breakfast.Last time when i ordered big breakfast with salmon and avocado(option2), on that time i got pieces of bacon in halloumi. In that time i just think its human error sometimes it happens and just let staff knows about the fault but they just ignore me. Again today morning i went there for breakfast and ordered same big breakfast with salmon and avo(option 2) but i got a piece of chicken in it which is so ridiculous. It is really inappropriate things because they should know about food safety. I told these things to front staff and same thing they just ignore the mistakes that they have made. Its really frustrating and made my day start with bad mood because i went there to have a food on a very jolly mood. Now from onwards not coming to have food and not recommending anyone to go there because they just ignored the mistake they have done. Thank you

Honestly, the food was okay, nothing special. I ordered soup as an appetizer and had to ask them to heat it up because the table service was so slow. They didn't bring cutlery, salt, or pepper; I got up to get it myself. I didn't order anything else from the menu, even though the dishes around me looked good. Everyone seemed unhappy about something, and the atmosphere wasn't pleasant.

Such a cute brekkie spot at westfield! I got the sourdough toast and omelette (with chorizo, ham and bacon) and it was the perfect size for its price! The iced latte was also super tasty, could sit here for hours just chatting and eating☺️

A good spot for having lunch or quite bites or a cup of coffee. Their coffee came in a large cup (ordering Large) and the food portion was good. It could get busy during lunch time. Orders could be placed using QR code but staff did come and ask if we would like to order so services were generally attentive. Paying was a bit chaotic as the responsible staff, when asked by another staff of where to serve the coffee, was distracted and ignored the ongoing task of me paying, only to come back and ask again what I was standing there for.
