Really enjoyed the handmade noodles. They were fresh with a great texture. The beef was soft and tender, and the soup was rich and tasty. A great spot if you're craving Lanzhou beef noodles.

Had a great experience at 1915 Lanzhou Beef Noodles Bankstown. We started with the Beef & Cabbage Dumplings, which were juicy and full of flavour. The Pan-Fried Beef & Chive Dumplings had a perfectly crispy base with a delicious, well-seasoned filling. The Salt & Pepper Prawns, served with crispy chips, were crunchy, fresh, and seasoned really well—definitely worth ordering. The highlight was the Super Spicy Lanzhou Beef Noodles. The hand-pulled noodles had an excellent chewy texture, the beef was tender, and the broth was rich, aromatic, and packed with heat. If you’re a spice lover, this challenge is a must-try! The food was fresh, portions were generous, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A great spot for authentic Lanzhou-style hand-pulled noodles. We’ll definitely be back!

Our go-to noodle store 🤍 We always order the braised beef noodle, and the beef & chives pan-fried dumplings are a must-try. The dry fried lamb chops are so tasty too. During Ramadhan they also had a special iftar event where they included fruits, dates, and an extra dish for free with the order, which my family and I really appreciated. Such warm hospitality every time we visit.

It’s grab your own water, bowl, soy sauce, chili oil, etc etc. Noodles came out fast, dumplings slow. The lady at the register was a bit rude. - Lanzhou Braised Beef Noodle Soup 2.3/5 The thin noodles, I thought the broth was just okay. The beef was tender and good, but nothing special, really. - Pan Fried Dumplings 3.4/5 These were way better than the noodles. The wrapper tasted delicious. Filling was a bit dry. Street parking.

I had the Lanzhou beef noodles and they were absolutely amazing. The broth was incredibly rich and aromatic, with that perfect balance of spices that makes the whole bowl comforting and flavourful. The hand-pulled noodles were fresh, chewy, and cooked perfectly—exactly what you expect from authentic Lanzhou style. The beef slices were tender, and the fresh herbs, chili oil, and radish added the perfect finishing touch. Portion size was generous, and the service was quick even during busy hours. If you love proper hand-pulled noodles or want a satisfying, warming meal, this place is definitely worth it. Highly recommend!
