I have twice had Michael at 1Cyber to fix issues with my laptop. The first time it was a hardware issue and I dropped it into their Brookvale office which is very convenient for me, Michael called me back within 2 hours to say it was already ready to pick up- I was expecting it to take a few days at least since it involved opening it up and replacing a fan, very happy to have it back and working perfectly again and for a minimum cost, very reasonable. This time around it was a printing issue that was driving me crazy, I couldn’t understand why I couldn’t get a brand new printer to work, called Michael and he said “no problem”, just download team-viewer and let me know and I will just log on remotely. So easy. He had it working in no time at all whilst me and the kids watched on seeing how it was done as he went about fixing it remotely. Again excellent to deal with and exceptionally reasonable. I would highly recommend Michael for anyone who wants advice from a very knowledgeable and polite professional.

Lawton arrived on the same day as my new internet was activated. He was polite and effective at communication. Besides setting up my modem to minimise the likelihood of internet outages, he tidied my bookmark bar, and my multiple cables. I would ask for Lawton again when I move later in the year.

We recently worked with 1Cyber for a cybersecurity audit, and they also helped us set up a new firewall and email security. The whole process was really smooth. Their team was easy to deal with, explained everything in plain English, and didn’t overcomplicate things. They quickly picked up a few areas we needed to improve and got everything sorted without any hassle. Since they’ve come on board, we definitely feel a lot more at ease knowing our network and systems are properly protected. It’s a big relief having someone reliable looking after this side of the business. Would definitely recommend 1Cyber to anyone wanting better security without the stress.

Michael sorted out my syncing issues and also set up my backup schedule which had somehow disappeared. Such a relief to know my documents won't disappear into the temp file recycle bin anymore. Also sent an email to me straight after with steps taken and a workaround for a separate access issue. Highly recommend his service, which was all done remotely.

I’ve worked alongside 1Cyber on client projects and found them professional, responsive and easy to deal with. Communication was clear, turnaround times were solid and they were straightforward to collaborate with, even when things needed to move quickly. They know their space, do what they say they will and are great to work with. I’d have no hesitation working with them again or recommending them to clients.
