I went to return a hoodie I purchased at the Chatswood store. Once I told the lady I was there for a return, she clearly became very annoyed by my presence, not answering me and sighing when I apologised for the inconvenience. As she inspected the jumper and I let her know it should still have the tag on, she interrupted me and said that “doesn’t prove anything to me”. It was an online order which was shipped to the store, and the staff at Chatswood did not give me a receipt. In the end she told me I need to go back to Chatswood to return it and there’s nothing she can do. The fact I had to go back to the other store was fine, but I didn’t appreciate the lady’s attitude.

Jasmine was fabulous helping us out with our tri gear! She was suprt helpful and helped us with great tips. Awesome customer service.

2XU Manly – absolutely elite. Massive shout-out to Michelle, who is honestly an asset to the brand. I came in expecting to browse, and left feeling like I’d just had a personalised performance consult. She knows her stuff inside out — products, fit, training needs, all of it, and it is particularly impressive that she is able to adapt the knowledge for a para athlete. The whole team brings good energy, zero pressure, just genuinely helpful humans who care about getting you into the right gear. The store vibes are immaculate and the kit speaks for itself. 2xu Manly represent quality, comfort, and actually does what it promises. If you’re training, rehabbing, or just trying to level up, do yourself a favour and drop in. Manly 2XU store and speak to any of the team, especially Michelle. I rarely give a business a 5-star review, however the 2XU Manly store truly deserves 5 stars. I recently bout a Tri core suit over the phone (I live in Cronulla) and I had the pleasure to be attended by Eliza, who is a superstar. She went out of her way to help me with everything I needed and then posted the core suit to Cronulla without delay and with a great customer service. I'm also very happy with the quality of the product. Well done Manly store team, you truly are a great team.

I recently had a great experience with the 2XU Manly store. I was looking to try on a Core Sleeved Trisuit and the team were very helpful in confirming availability and accommodating my requests. After some initial confusion over sizing (caused by me), they were patient and ensured I could try on the suits I needed. I ended up purchasing a Medium online, but it arrived with a slight snag and felt a bit tight. The store was again very accommodating, allowing me to try on a Large in-store and consider an exchange. In the end, I decided to keep the Medium. I really appreciated the friendly and helpful service I received. They were very understanding and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend!
