Enjoyed visiting this shop. It was always well stocked and I found the staff were very helpful. It was conveniently located near the station which was a great benefit. It is a shame that they had to close down and I really hope that they are opening up somewhere nearby when the Metro opens.

Issue about filling petrol 98 pump number 4 .meter start counting filling air not petrol .my car wasn't fully empty I paid for 39.3 litres. My tank capacity is 50 litres

Staff are quite polite and friendly, serving each customer with patience and courtesy. That's how every staff working in customer service should be like! Kudos to all staff working , particularly those one at night shift

Dear 7-Eleven Customer Care Team, I am writing to report a disappointing experience I had at your stores on 24 October 2025 around 2:00 a.m. I have been a regular customer of this 7-Eleven for the past six years, and I have never faced such poor service before. When I arrived, the store was locked while the staff member was refilling products. Even though he clearly saw me and other customers waiting and heard the bell ring multiple times, he ignored us for quite a while. When he finally opened the door, I went to buy milk but found the fridge completely empty. I asked him about it, and he said there was milk on the floor and told me to take it from there. I was concerned because milk is a dairy product that must be kept refrigerated, and I had no idea how long it had been left out. I politely mentioned that this wasn’t good customer service and suggested he improve, but he replied, “I don’t need to,” in an arrogant and dismissive manner. I was extremely disappointed. This is not the level of service or food handling I expect from 7-Eleven. I hope this matter will be reviewed seriously and that staff are reminded of proper customer service and food safety standards.

Hii 7 eleven Today I visit the store again for fuel when I go inside for paying my fuel the person who is on shift he add his coffee in my transaction How can your employe charge from me for his coffee and he is same guy last time I also update he don’t help for filing the air in my car I also give a review on it check it and today I pay for his code when I see I go back in the store then he say sorry and give me 2$ and 50 cents back . No it’s so shameless to 7 eleven and the manager who handle the store Thanks
