Worst experience at this 7-Eleven. On 5 July 2026 at around 6:40 pm, I bought a hot chocolate and used an empty cup to mix it. The staff member shouted at me and told me to pay over $3 for the empty cup, saying his manager told him to charge for it. I wonder who that manager is because charging for an empty cup is strange. I also work at 7-Eleven, and we don't charge customers for empty cups. This is the only store where I've experienced this.

Such an essential and central convenience and location for fuelling the early morning coffee needs before the cafes in Paddington open and/or great specials all the time for snacking and afternoon re-fuelling needs for someone who works in the area.

Fuel prices didnβt match the NSW fuel check or the 7/11 app. I was told I could use fuel lock but it was locked at Paddington and I couldnβt use my Linkt discount code. I drove here because the price was 12c cheaper than most other places. I could have driven in the other direction for a similar price but chose this one which now meant I was further away from other cheaper service stations. The guy who said the sign indicated the price told me to lock my fuel. I reported this to Fair Trading via the Fuel Check app. It seems pretty scammy to get people there so Iβd avoid it.

Male staff member was rude and obnoxious. Tried to fill up on autogas and the attendant had parked his black BMW on the only left side LPG bay. He comes out and goes sorry I canβt move it now Iβm the only one here showing no compassion knowing hes in the wrong , righty agitated he couldnβt handle an angry customer and then he refused service

Girl staff was rude. I was holding many things in my hand and I was struggling to close the slurpee. I asked if she can help me in the counter when I was paying and she didnβt even blink. I then had to close it and there was a single drop on the floor. She very rudely said βThere are drops on the floor now.β Very rude. I feel bad as the owner of this branch is nice.
