We've had a great experience working with Brian and his team. They consistently provide accurate preliminary construction cost estimates early in the design stage, which really helps keep the project on track with the budget. Their on-site coordination is excellent—whenever issues come up, they’re quick to bring together the right consultants to find practical solutions. They’re also very responsive when dealing with unexpected conditions, especially on old buildings or complex sites, and always work closely with the architect and client to resolve things efficiently. We were very fortunate to have found Brian and his team to do our home renovation. Brian assisted in many ways and we were able to bounce many ideas often and he was able to guide us through many of the decision making process throughout the build. Brian and his team worked diligently and were very respectful to our property and to our neighbours - never too noisy and always cleaning up at the end of the day, never leaving any mess behind. We’re very pleased with the end result and are loving our “new” home and would happily recommend Brian and his team to anyone looking for a builder.

99 Construction delivers as promised. Brian and his team are professional in their work ethic, and the process from quoting to completion was streamline and trouble free. There was consistent communication with us during their works and we found the quality of his workmanship and overall work ethic impeccable. He approached the design issues with diligence and had a strong emphasis on workplace safety. Their high quality craftsmanship is evident in the finished product.
