We’ve been really happy with Mia tutoring our daughter Chloe. Chloe was always nervous before tests and would second guess herself, even when she knew the work. Mia has been so calm and encouraging with her, and it’s made a big difference. We also really appreciate that they offer in-person tutoring. We tried online before and it just didn’t suit Chloe, so being able to have someone sit with her properly has been great. Chloe is a lot more settled now and actually feels prepared before school assessments. Very grateful we found them. Thank you!

Mehta is the best tutor we have found for our son. We’ve had a number of “misses”, whereas Mehta has created a very strong bond and friendship overcoming our son’s fear of maths. Most importantly he has turned him from a D- maths student heading towards a B in just 12 months. Our son now looks forward to tutoring each week because Mehta has made it fun and not overwhelming. We are delighted with our son’s progress and the amazing support and patience Mehta offers. .

Very disappointed and frustrated with ATeam Tuition in ACT. From the beginning, I was given the option to pay in full or through fortnightly direct debit. I chose the latter, trusting the glowing Google reviews—even though it was $600 per fortnight. The tutors themselves were lovely and connected well with my son, but the real issue lies with the management. Whenever a tutor was a no-show or went on holiday (which I was sometimes informed about by the tutor directly), management was completely unaware—and still continued to direct debit me! Despite being told I could contact their coordinator or manager anytime, I often had to wait days for a reply to my messages or emails. The most frustrating part? They made me sort things out with the tutors directly, even though I was paying premium prices for a service that should’ve been well-managed. I provided my availability so I could be present during my son’s sessions, yet I was left scrambling to reschedule missed sessions myself. It honestly feels like I’m doing the coordinator’s job, while still being charged $600 every two weeks—even when sessions don’t happen. Terrible communication. Poor management. Completely unprofessional.
