Andrew sprayed our place in Sylvania at the start of spring and did a fantastic job explaining everything before he did it. Very friendly experience and used non toxic pesticide in and around the house. Because of the rains, washed away most of the pesticide so came back and resprayed. Highly recommend the service.

Andrew is trustworthy, thorough, conscientious, cheerful and genuinely enjoys his work. This was our first time engaging Andrew for a termite inspection and pest control, and we wish we had met him sooner. Our house suffered termite damage 25 years ago. Andrew was the most comprehensive of all the termite inspections we’ve had since. He doesn't just rely on his knowledge, skills and experience. He used advanced tools like infrared heat, moisture, and motion sensors. Other features that set him apart from other inspectors we’ve had. He showed us photos from under the house and the roof, explaining our risks clearly without scaremongering. He then presented us with options and respectfully left the decision-making to us. Excellent value. It was a pleasant experience dealing with the business owner, a professional in every aspect of his work.

Andrew is professional, thorough and a pleasure to work with. We had a termite protection system put in. He carefully assessed and customised the system based on our home and communicated thoroughly prior. The quote was very fairly priced. On the day did a lot extra by helping us remove existing rubbish in the subfloor. Afterwards when there was a minor problem, he came quickly to fix it himself. He was punctual and respected our house. Honestly if you need help with termite and pest control, I would highly recommend.

Andrew is very professional and knowledgeable. As he is local to our area (Mortdale), he was well aware of the type of pests that we are dealing with. We had him over for a general pest treatment and termite inspection. He was very thorough with the termite inspection and gave a detailed report. He also gave us good tips on managing bugs, insects and cockroaches. He provides 6 month warranty for his work. We had to call him back 4 months after the initial treatment, and he was very responsive and came back quickly. I would highly recommend Andrew. I would be getting him again next year for my yearly treatment.
