I brought two Mac laptops to Abiscom for data retrieval, one of which had a serious hardware issue. Abi and Drew were able to retrieve the data and also organised for the hardware issue to be fixed, allowing me to use my laptop again! They were both very helpful and kept me regularly updated on the progress of their work. Highly recommended!

I brought my PC to Abi suspecting I had a serious issue with my GPU and expecting that I would likely need to spend at least a few hundred to fix it. Abi could have easily taken advantage of this, but instead he was honest with me: he said that they hadn't been able to replicate the issue and that the PC was working fine. And its true - for whatever reason everything is now working fine (I now think it may have been an issue with my power adapter?). Either way, its all just proof that Abi is a good and honest person. I'll be back again if I have any PC issues in future. Thanks again Abi.

Fast, Skilled, and Affordable I brought my Laptop to Abiscom after running into a serious issue: BSOD (blue screen of death) paired with a BitLocker recovery loop that wouldn’t resolve. To make matters worse, my hard drive was becoming unstable before it turned blue, and I thought my data was a lost cause. The team at Abiscom quickly diagnosed the issue, performed a clean Windows reinstall, andwhat impressed me most successfully recovered my data from the failing drive. That’s no small feat, especially considering how unreliable the disk had become. They were transparent, reasonably priced, and genuinely great to deal with. Despite the complexity of the problem, they had everything sorted within two days. Highly recommend for anyone needing real troubleshooting skills, not just surface-level fixes.
