Very professional and extremely great experience with the team. All staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a very positive experience selling my property. They have also built homes for family members. i highly recommend Action royalty Group.

There's quite a few bad typical agents in Liverpool, these guys are up there with the worst, absolutely terrible customer service for one. Spoke to them today and they Spoke terribly and don't know how to talk to people over the phone, this raises the question how they are able to sell peoples homes if they talk to people like this, They also have no resolution skills and didn't have a care in the world when i presented them with an issue that they are causing. Also using photos of other agents properties as their own! Alex was the person i spoke to and he was not helpful at all and barely even understood simple english when spoken to him to the point he got frustrated and basically told me to take it to the lawyers if i had an issue. VERY DODGY VERY BAD, Avoid at all cost

DO NOT USE THID BUILDER OR REAL ESTATE AGENCY BIGGEST FRUAD!! I did my granny flat with this builder and Alex so called owner bigeest disappointment in my life. Takes your money gets the biggest bodgiest tradies to do your job with sooooo many diffects and when you raise concern he doesn't want to know about it. Took my money and still waiting for the job to be done and he damaged my existing property while the contractors were working and he simply would not answer the calls and blocks your number. My advise is run.. all these reviews are fake if you speak to another person he did a job as well you will know how bad he is. DO NOT GET IN CONTRACT WITH THEM. ALEX IS HORIBLE BUSINESS MAN WHO DOESNT EVEN KNOW WHATS IN THE CONTRACT HE GIVES YOU..
