About Active & Ageless Over 50s Fitness Hurstville

Active & Ageless is an over 50s health club in Hurstville dedicated to helping adults stay active, strong and independent. We specialise in group fitness classes for adults aged 50 and over, led by trainers experienced in helping adults over 50.

Our programs improve strength, balance, mobility, flexibility and overall health through safe, age-appropriate exercise for all fitness levels. Whether you're new to exercise or returning after a long break, our trainers provide guidance, modify exercises where needed and help you progress safely.

Classes are limited to a maximum of 16 participants, allowing for more individual guidance and exercise modifications than larger group fitness classes.

I'm really enjoying my workouts at Active and Ageless. The programs change every couple of weeks so it doesn't get boring and the instructors are very knowledgable and friendly.

How amazing that I came across the advertisement on Facebook about small group exercise classes - suits my husband as it is not a typical 'gym'. Great intiative for over 50's (congratulations Heath), excellent mix of equipment for circuits, but I still cannot get the hang of BoxCore though, mainly the terminology. Jasmin and Andrea are professional, friendly, and good motivators throughout classes.

I started at Active and Ageless (Hurstville) 2 years ago and since then I am feeling much better. The trainings are amazing . Really nice environment! 💪💪💪💪

Joining Active & Ageless was one of the best things I have done for myself in years. I’ve been going for 9 months and I’m 10kgs lighter, much stronger and with so much more energy. I feel better than I did over 10 years ago. The trainers are great and everyone is so friendly it makes me look forward to exercising
