Absolutely disgraceful and extremely unprofessional experience with Adecco! I applied for an Amazon job in Eastern Creek and waited almost 2 months with barely any updates. Then out of nowhere, I receive an SMS saying there’s an induction coming up and to reply YES if I’m still interested — I replied within minutes. After that? Completely ignored. I called them to follow up and was told Amazon declined my profile. How does that even make sense when YOU were the ones who just sent me an induction message? When I asked for a reason, they couldn’t give any clear answer at all. Trying to contact them again is even worse — they don’t answer calls and clearly don’t care. Imagine wasting 2 months waiting for a job just to be treated like this. No communication, no transparency, and zero professionalism. Avoid this agency if you can.

Very unprofessional experience. I applied multiple times, completed all requirements, and was ready to start work, but received little to no communication or support from the agency. Senior recruiter Michelle provided no clear updates, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as an applicant. Wasting people’s time and effort is unacceptable. It is alarming and unacceptable that the agency collects personal information from applicants while showing no professionalism or proper communication. I would not recommend this agency unless they improve transparency and respect for candidates.

Applied for a job, went to the walkthrough, booked my drug and alchol test, last week it got cancelled by one person by email, i replied to said email same day (10/9) called up to check if it was correct got told it was a mistake and it was still on. I received a reminder email that i had the test an hour beforehand (17/9) , i was there an hour early to show i was eager for the job. I’ve only just got a reply after the email today (18/9)after wasting my time yesterday and the fortnight before for the walkthrough. I honestly thought looking at reviews and hearing word of mouth how good an agency it is compared to chandler that it might’ve been different. Disappointed to have my hopes crushed 2 weeks in a row. Thank you for the stuff around, would not recommend unless you want to make pointless trips and waste a day. No excuse if the employer didn’t want to rehire, tell people that instead of stringing people along and making there mental health worse because there trying to make their lives better.
