I had an excellent stay at the Adina Bondi Beach Hotel. The room was very spacious and thoughtfully designed, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a convenient Nespresso machine, perfect for starting the day. Having two TV sets added extra comfort and flexibility. The check-in process was smooth and impressively quick, making arrival stress-free. Above all, the location is unbeatable - just steps from Bondi Beach and surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended for both short and extended stays.

Buyer be aware: The images and reviews of this hotel absolutely don't even remotely represent the actual condition of this hotel. Once you arrive you will notice how you were misled. This hotel is right next to a very busy and partying strip and the noise from outside will make your stay miserable. You pay a lot of money and the rooms are very small contrary to what you see on the images. See the image attached from my booking and you will see that it was supposed to be a 30 square meter room and the room that I actually got was barely 20 square meters. Additionally they are manipulating the facts. And as you will see in The copy of the booking, it says clearly the nightly charged is $350, but they are lying and don't want to give me back the $350 what I paid for each night. Also, House cleaning personnel are very loud in the hallways from 6:00 in the morning already and they will wake you up with a vengeance. They were trying to put me in a room with a heavy smoking odor And they wouldn't budge giving me a different room. The greed, deceit and the money grabbing tactics from this property Is beyond comprehension. All they can say is, " but we don't have something else and we tried

Great gem in Bondi. Was a seamless time here. Rooms are modern, spacious, clean with great amenities that makes your stay more comfortable. Jacuzzi and pool and the outdoor lounge area were great touch it made it almost had a resort vibe. Getting in the pool with little steps are a bit of a nuisance. Staff are nice. Location was just perfect. Overall pleasant and relaxing. We will definitely return.
