I honestly think the people leaving 5-star reviews have never been to another dentist. It felt like all they cared about was taking my money. They made me come in and pay a deposit, only to tell me once I arrived that the treatment wasn’t even possible. Of course, there was no refund, despite wasting two hours of my time, and not even a simple apology, as if this was completely normal. You’re lucky I had other things to do, because otherwise I would have stayed there and warned every single person walking through your door until I got my refund. I hope this review makes some people think twice before coming here, and that the $60 you made from me ends up costing you a lot more in lost customers.

Came here to get my tooth pulled out, absolutely traumatised as a kid so I was nervous in tears, shaking and felt like I was going to have an attack. Sher/Cher (receptionist ladt, brown skinned) made me feel safe and better and the dentist man (sorry I forgot your name and how to spell it) but it was Dr Ab- he was middle eastern appareance HE was so good to me. Made me feel safe and reassured me everything was going to be fine. His smile lit my heart and did everything he could to make sure I was OK. I can’t thank them enough I’m crying now just thinking about. I was so blessed to have this experience as an adult so Thankyou so much to the both of you. Also Tiana is really nice. She deserved a payrise for her amazing customer service skills.

Firstly I'm not a fan of dentist because of an experience I had at other dentist Upon arrival I was greeted with open arms , the receptionist was very polite and introduced herself by her name.(TIANA) Hope the spelling is right The dentist came into the room she also was very polite and made feel relaxed. Because of this experience I have no hesitation going back to dentist .

Finding Affordable Dental Parramatta has honestly been life changing for me. Like many people, I had put off dental work for a long time because of fear, embarrassment and the cost, but from the moment I walked in, Dr Gareth and the entire team made me feel safe, cared for and never judged. I recently had a partial denture done and I couldn’t be happier with the result — it looks and feels amazing and has given me so much confidence back. I’ll also be returning for my deep cleaning because after this experience, I truly trust them with my care. What really stands out is how kind, patient and understanding everyone is. They take the time to explain everything, make sure you’re comfortable and genuinely care about helping you. And unlike so many places, their prices are actually affordable and doable, which makes such a huge difference when you’re already stressed about dental treatment. If you’ve been putting things off because you’re nervous or worried about costs, I really recommend giving them a chance. I’m so grateful I found them. Thank you Dr Gareth and the whole team for your incredible care and compassion.

Fantastic! Dr Garth fixed my teeth up and Ifeel confident in smiling again. Also the admin staff especially Tiana are brilliant. The wheelchair access leaves a bit to be desired but at least I can get to where I need to be
