I have just had a Daikin ducted air-conditioning system installed by AirXperts Airconditioning in my home and cannot recommend highly enough. Their customer service is impeccable. My job was complex and tiresome, but Natalie's immense professionalism, efficiency and crystal clear communication was just such a cut above the rest! I had a really great experience with AirXperts, the whole team are very professional and responsive to any questions you may have. They came and quoted quickly with a great price, and installed quickly after working hard to install 2 air units exactly where I was hoping to have them. Can't recommend enough!

I recently got my Mitsubishi SRK50ZSA-W reverse cycle split system air-conditioning installed in my unit and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The entire process, customer service, and installation process were smooth and hassle-free. One of the primary reasons I chose this product was its energy efficiency. At first, Natalie provided me with exceptional customer service for all the requests I wanted as I felt unsure what needed to be installed in my unit and she was so patient & happy to assist right away with my requests. She sent me a detailed email for what I requested and that’s when I felt satisfied that she would assist me throughout the whole process. As Strata can be quite thorough, she provided me with all the documents and completed information to submit. Ramsey came just a few days after for the inspection and gladly helped me out of what would be good in my unit. Great assistance and felt thankful for his help. Imran & Naseem did the installation process efficiently. They worked hard and well in completing it.
