Thank you Ajax Locksmiths for being a 5 Star Service Business. My front door lock was sticking to the keys and the barrel was loose. I brought a short video into the shop, the wonderful staff advised of how to remove the barrel myself to bring in for repair. The repair was then done in 5 minutes and they didn't even charge for it! It was a very minor repair but they could easily have made a big deal out of it or even just charged a minimal fee...but they didn't. This is a great example of how to run a service business. Honesty and integrity...with the customer as their priority. It is also smart business, as it builds loyalty with local customers...I will use them for all future needs and recommend them to everyone I know!

It’s about time I wrote some feedback! I was first their customer when I moved into the neighbourhood 20 years ago - changed all the locks at my apartment. Fabulous service. A few years after that we had some simple things done like replicating our keys and replacing our mailbox locks etc - all very smooth. Then a couple years ago we were locked out on a Sunday and really had no where to go but to call Ajax to help ‘break into’ our own apartment. They came quickly (and of course it will cost you a pretty penny but it was a Sunday afternoon) and we got into our apartment with little issue. Sensational! Finally yesterday I dropped in with very little hope, but wanting to find a replacement door handle, lock and system for my bi fold doors to the balcony which had rusted in and was broken. Because it was very old I thought I would have to go round the entire lower north shore just to hunt for the right parts but within 30 seconds of entering the shop the lovely chap pulled out an exact replacement for me, and I was utterly gobsmacked. Fabulous service, warm staff all round. Definitely THE place to get your lock and key problems sorted. Thanks for keeping us safe and secure Ajax

Ajax Locksmiths cut my letterbox key in just a few minutes...super quick and very polite service. Even better, it only cost $8.80. Great value and efficiency. Highly recommend!

I had a key that broke off into a balcony sliding door handle, I took the internal handle and cylinder that had fallen apart after I had removed the broken key .. they were able to re assemble Lockwood onyx handle , and make two new keys at a reasonable cheap cost under $35! All in 2 hours. Great service thank you Abi and team Ajax!

I highly recommend the team at Ajax Locksmiths for their responsiveness, professionalism, patience in answering questions, down to earth and honest advice, problem solving and reasonable pricing. Our front door handle snapped off and Arek from Ajax Locksmiths came to our home promptly. It was more complicated than we expected, due to the door/lock we had previously had installed, which was different to general Australian standards and the dimensions of our doorframe. Arek provided an interim solution while we considered the options he provided to fix the door handle (which was not a standard size available and could involve substantial work to fit a new standardised one), and also offered options to increase the close, security and the overall aesthetics of our door. We went with all of the recommendations and could not be happier. I highly recommend looking into Ajax Locksmiths!
