Quite amazingly useless. More interested in getting their fees from the government than actually finding people work. Impossible for unemployed and not right for employers. Young staff with no experience, and very high staff turnover (which speaks for itself) make it difficult to get ahead in what is a rort, a broken system. Zero stars or black marks would be a useful option here.

Excellent Service! I didn't have an appointment and had not even registered with Max Employment, but they took the time to answer my questions and advise me of the steps I needed to take to start my job search. I was extremely impressed with Amanda Kevric, a Case Manager who stopped her work and welcomed me to her office for a discussion. Amanda knew the right questions to ask in order to determine the best way to approach my situation. She gave me tips on finding job postings on non-mainstream recruitment websites as well as on how to broaden my field by using search keywords I had not thought of. I was so glad I decided to drop in on a whim as I really benefited from Amanda’s knowledge and experience.

I had terrible experience with them before. Forced me a couple of time to do their paperwork/workshop instead of going to my part time job. Also, there was a receptionist named Nicole, she was rude whenever I talked to her. Also, she had once flirted with a handsome man saying his hair smelt good and she used the same shampoo.

Worst centre yet. Been lied to every step of the way, from my rights to services available. Lying is part of their corporate culture. If their people are giving you a hard time take it to the centre manager, and if necessary complaint to centerlink. Also, record everything and ask them to email you every statement they make. That way you will have recorded proof when dealing with centerlink.
