I can’t recommend Alexandria Physiotherapy highly enough. I’ve been coming here from January until now following what initially seemed like a straightforward knee injury, which unfortunately became much more complicated and resulted in around two months on crutches. Throughout the whole process, the team have been incredibly supportive, professional and genuinely caring. A special mention has to go to Daniel Carniel, who has been brilliant throughout my recovery. He’s pushed me when I needed it, adapted things when my knee wasn’t cooperating, and always made sure I was progressing in the right direction. His knowledge, patience and approach have made a massive difference to my recovery. I’d also like to thank Eddie Farah for the advice and guidance along the way, as well as for the specialist referral to Dr Andrew McDonald, which was really important as things became more complicated. And finally, a huge thank you to Rani, who has always welcomed me so warmly with a great smile every single time I’ve walked through the door. From January until now, I’ve always felt genuinely looked after by everyone there. They’ve pushed me, supported me and, most importantly, made me feel like

I highly rate Alexandria Physio. Daniel Carniel is fantastic and very experienced. He quickly gets to the root of the problem and his treatment is consistently effective and fast tracked. More broadly, staff are really professional and personable. The clinic’s fit-out is great and the exercise program app with videos and timers make everything easy and convenient. They also provide excellent sports remedial massages. Highly recommend Daniel if you’re looking for someone who knows exactly what they’re doing.

I visited the clinic after a series of knee locking episodes from BJJ to seek rehab. From the moment I walked in, the admin team made the whole experience — always warm, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. Dougal, my physio, ran a thorough diagnostic in the first session — none of that vague "rest and see" stuff. Across four sessions, each visit had a clear purpose and I could always see the progress. He explained the why behind every exercise, and honestly some of them are so good I'm keeping them in my permanent training schedule. I'm now confident to return to the mat. For anyone who trains, that's the only thing that matters. Highly recommend.

Great experience getting treated for a shin injury here. The process was thorough, focusing on both in-clinic treatment and a practical strengthening program to do at home. The exercises were highly effective and quite literally got me back out running again. A very reliable place for anyone dealing with a sports injury.

I’ve been seeing Eva at Alexandria Physio regularly for remedial massages and I honestly couldn’t recommend her more highly. Eva is always professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She really understands my problem areas and consistently tailors each treatment to what my body needs at the time. Every session leaves me feeling so much better, with noticeably less tension and pain. It’s always such a positive experience and I genuinely look forward to my appointments. Highly recommend Eva to anyone looking for an amazing remedial massage therapist!
