WARNING – THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THIS COMPANY. I hired All Events & Co to supply the backdrop for my son’s 21st birthday. Unfortunately, the backdrop arrived with a misprint. This wasn’t a misunderstanding or a matter of short notice the company acknowledged that the error was theirs. I never received what I originally ordered and paid for , They changed it at the last minute, short notice no there poor time management and there inadequate service. While the staff member I dealt with was apologetic, an apology didn’t fix the problem. Instead of refunding my $200 deposit after their mistake, I was offered a discount on a future booking. I had already trusted them with one important event, and they got it wrong. Why would I book another? The event was held on 30 May, and more than six weeks later I am still without my $200 deposit despite the company acknowledging the mistake. I have photographs of the misprinted backdrop and text messages confirming they accepted responsibility, so I’m confident in sharing my experience. Mistakes happen. I’d like to comment on the review just below. Firstly, unfortunately your response to my cousins initial review is completely false. I have no issue in taking this further as the allegations you have put out are to make my cousin out to be a liar and to protect you and your business at all costs. Everything that got delivered was in fact NOT what was requested as I have seen these messages myself. I was in fact at my cousins house the night before her wedding and seen her stressing out over the set up as you failed to provide the items she actually requested & that resulted in you saying to her ‘if you want then come pick them up yourself’. Extremely unprofessional behaviour. Not to mention she was already stressing out as any bride would be. Secondly, absolutely no item was damaged when it got returned to you, otherwise your policy states the bond would be forfeited. You had given us items already damaged which we have taken photos of. This is factual as when they were getting delivered I questioned as to why there was holes in the plain white boxes (which was also the incorrect item). I couldn't be happier with service. After just one short meeting with them, they completely understood the style I was looking for. The floral arrangements and the styling were stunning and exceeded my expectations, the process from start to finish was so smooth. I highly recommend All Event & Co

On behalf of my fiancé and I, we would like to thank the team at All Occasions and Co for their amazing service and quality of work. I came into their store with an idea of what I wanted. They provided me with better options and ideas. I requested a round backdrop with red roses, and they delivered a stunning gold hamster-wheel backdrop with roses all around with hints of gold flowers throughout. The quality of work was excellent, and the design exceeded my expectations. I also hired a 10m red carpet and a "Marry Me" neon sign. They provided me with an affordable package and were very accommodating. I will be considering them for my wedding and future events. I highly recommend them for your next function.

I want to say a big Thank you to All Occassins Prop Hire for orgainising everything for my daughters 1st Birthday. She has an eye for detail and doesnt rest till every little thing is perfect. Hanan and her team orgainsed every detail. From her hall hire to the cake to the lollie bags and catering and most importantly the props that made everything look wow. Do not think twice where to go affordable and has taste. I didnt have to tell them much just wanted something to look good and she made it lol WOW! Everyone was talking about it. It was an event that went off thanks to all the hard work.
