Following Matthew Stewart's home visits and recommendations which we appreciated, we were confident that Alliance could deliver what we wanted for our home. The team from Alliance Climate Control did an outstanding job installing our Daikin reverse-cycle heating and air conditioning system. The installation was completed by four technicians and an electrician, all of whom were professional, efficient, and courteous throughout the process. They consulted with us whenever changes or decisions needed to be made, ensuring we were informed every step of the way. At the end of each day, they thoroughly cleaned up their work area, which we greatly appreciated as we were balancing working from home while managing our children’s schedules. Their attention to detail, communication, and respect for our home made the entire installation process smooth and stress-free. We would happily recommend Alliance Climate Control to anyone considering a new system.

Very good experience with Alliance Climate Control. Ivan led the team with Mosa, Zac and electrician Mohamed. Two split units installed and condenser placed neatly at the back. Process was smooth from start to finish. Clear quote, easy scheduling, no surprises. They arrived at 7:15am and finished by 3pm. Old heritage terrace, not an easy job. They adapted on site and improved a couple of original decisions. Final result is better because of that. Workmanship is clean. Conduits through the roof cavity are tidy, indoor units fit well above the windows, and the outdoor unit is discreet. Ivan communicated clearly throughout and set everything up on our phones at the end. Professional team. Good execution. Would highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with the entire team who installed my air conditioning system. From the initial coordination to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. A big thank you to BJ, Theo, Can, Matthew, Cara, Eric and Will — each of them was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. The team arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and left the place clean and tidy after the job was completed. Highly recommend this team to anyone looking for reliable and professional air conditioning supply and installation. Couldn’t be happier with the result. P.S. Andre returned to install the wooden aircon cover—fantastic job, great energy, and super efficient. Really appreciated it!

Gokhan, Can and Niko have installed our new AC and removed the old one. Professional, kind, polite and very respectful. They cleaned all rubbish and packing materials from the works. They left the area clean and all the works have been done with good workmanship. Very careful with our belongings. Happy with the installation. Electrical works are still ongoing. Edit to add the electrical installation- Mohamed and James were amazing. The job was very long, but the persevered and did a very nice neat conduit. They cleaned up after drilling and the cut offs- very neat work and great quality. Very polite and professional. AC works ! Thank you for your services, would not hesitate to use ACC crews again. I had a second job done by ACC - amazing electrician Mohammad and cannot fault his work. Always checking when things got tricky 😅 but we solved all the issues on the spot. He replaced our 24 years old main switch board and created 2 new outdoors el sockets. Neat, tidy, polite and very efficient. Even our cat liked him ☺️. Thank you for your service!

Ivan, Mosa & Luke and electrician Aaron, Ken & Harry were very professional and courteous while they installed my ducted system in my upstairs bedrooms on a very hot day (34 Degrees). They were on time, worked well together and non-stop to complete the job in 1 day. They checked with me every steps to make sure it is install to my satisfaction. Both air conditioner and electrical works and maintenance were explained to me. System been setup and checked with me and they cleaned up all areas. I highly recommend their service.
