Absolutely appalling experience with Allied Express. A 23 kg parcel was dumped in my driveway and left in an unsafe position. Shortly afterwards, my vehicle was damaged as a result of the delivery. Rather than taking responsibility or properly investigating what occurred, Allied Express declined the claim because I donβt have CCTV footage showing the exact moment of impact. Apparently, unless youβre filming your driveway 24/7, your evidence doesnβt count. The investigation relied on a single delivery photo taken by the driver, which proves nothing about what happened immediately afterwards. Witness evidence and the surrounding circumstances were dismissed simply because there was no video footage. Itβs incredibly disappointing that a company delivering large and heavy items can wash its hands of the consequences by demanding evidence that most consumers would never reasonably be expected to have. To add insult to injury, the only remedy offered was a refund of the delivery fee while the property damage remains unresolved. I would strongly caution anyone receiving large or heavy deliveries from Allied Express to take photographs immediately and think twice about where parcels

I want to start by saying kudos to their help desk. Big shout out to the real people who answer calls, understand and speak English and are patient. I dropped a star because their internal processes could be better. I had a delivery of an expensive item. It was meant to be delivered in 3 days. After 3 weeks and still no delivery, I got rather frustrated and had to chase down the local delivery agent that Allied were using. Why should I as the customer have to chase up an expensive item that hadn't been delivered? Surely their system should manage this? If it's expensive, don't you think the client will be worried? Fix this and you'll have a good service.

I bought 2 mattresses on Amazon, they are very heavy. I selected them from Zinus because they advertised delivery dates between 5-6 May. I explained in the delivery instructions that they should be delivered no earlier than the 5th and due to the weight they were to be delivered to the door. I learned on 30th April that they were delivered the day before and left on the street, not even on the apartment property grounds but on the street itself. No one called me and I only found out by checking the tracking number. We were outside of NSW so we had to pay and additional ~$200 via airtasker to have someone come and take them inside property. Zinus was at fault for sending them early and not reading the delivery instructions section and this company was at fault for leaving goods on a public street (thatβs against the law), lying and saying they called me and faking a delivery receipt signature.

After trying to book a pickup for the massage chair twice to sent it back to where I brought, I found that they didn't contact me and didn't show up as scheduled. I had to waste two whole days at home waiting for the pickup which already confirmed, but when I reached out to the seller company, they said Allied express company made excuses that they came to my house but no one was there. This is very frustrating because I couldn't go to work or go anywhere for two full days waiting for them to picked up my massage chair. I was at home. No phone call, No intercom sign. No one knock the door. Itβs was happened twice.

We arranged this delivery through Transdirect, however the overall experience with Allied Express was highly unsatisfactory. The shipment was delivered one week late, following three attempted deliveries. On the first attempt, the driver contacted the reception staff and was reportedly rude and dismissive when offered assistance with delivery instructions and directions. The packages were returned to the depot, and no follow-up delivery was rebooked despite our direct phone call requesting resolution. After continued delays, a helpful staff member from the Queensland office eventually arranged a private delivery. Unfortunately, this process was also disjointed, as only one of the two packages was delivered initially, with the second reportedly not located until the following day. The recipients were understandably frustrated, and as the sender, we also found the entire process extremely stressful and poorly managed from start to finish. Overall, the communication, coordination, and reliability of service fell well below expectations.
