Brendan and his partner were absolutely amazing. Nothing was a bother. They arrived on time and was so helpful in putting our boxes wherever we wanted. Everything was in great condition. We would definitely use them again. Plus the price was so much better than anyone else, this was definitely the deciding factor thank you Allied. The receptionist was amazing as well.

From amazing to a disaster. When we first utilised Allied for an interstate move they were stellar. The team on both ends were the epitome of professionalism. When we engaged Allied a second time to move back to Sydney, it started great with the crew, but the Sydney end where dishonest and sleazy. Despite paying a high end premium for the move, they charged us for an additional fee because the address was apparently on a second storey. It was a ground floor property. When I queried this extra charge, regardless of the evidence provided to them they refused to waive the fee, stating the fee was now because the truck couldn’t park in the driveway. Well guess what, the truck could park in the driveway… When I provided photo evidence of their truck parked in the driveway on the day they still refused to waive the fee. A bunch of our items had been damaged too, but given the dishonesty from the Sydney office, we knew that trying to have them take accountability for this would be pointless. Avoid the Sydney office at all costs.

Allied were exceptional from the first time I contacted them in Singapore until the goods were delivered in Sydney. I have the utmost respect for each person I dealt with and their knowledge and professionalism was far beyond any other Organization I have dealt with. Their pricing was very competitive and their fantastic service made a process that can be quite stressful into a very comfortable process. I would not hesitate in recommending Allied to anyone who is contemplating a service provider for an offshore transfer of furniture, and valuables

Moved about 12 boxes of personal belongings from Seoul to Sydney with Allied. Superb work, great communication throughout and they handled everything. Great care with the boxes, nothing broken - even LEGO sets that went in fully assembled had barely a piece broken off. Would recommend highly. Special thanks to Emma Pavez, Angelita Doronio (Sydney) and Julie Koh (Seoul).

Terrible experience with Allied moving from Sydney to Adelaide. Our cherished dining table and sideboard were badly gouged (see photos). Our TV was also damaged and has to be replaced. It is the fourth time we have moved and we have never had any damage so I am am shocked at the level of damage. Insurance will pay for those but won’t pay for our fridge which also wasn't working on arrival. They say there wasn’t obvious damage to the fridge and we needed to have taken out extra cover for Mechanical and Electrical Derangement. We paid a very high insurance premium with Allied so it is disappointing to say the least. Given the damage they have caused I would have thought it was obvious they didn’t take care of our load. So careful of the clauses ! We would not recommend using Allied.
