Rob Bartlett is, without question, the best strata manager we could ask for. His knowledge of strata management is second to none, and it shows in how effortlessly he handles everything from day-to-day maintenance to the trickier legal and compliance side of things. For many years he's looked after our property with a level of care and professionalism that's honestly so hard to find. He's quick to return calls, resolves queries with practical, cost-effective solutions, and always communicates clearly, even when the issue at hand is complicated. Contractor and maintenance matters are handled seamlessly, and we always feel like we're in good hands. On top of all that, he's just a genuinely lovely person to deal with — friendly, patient, and always happy to help, no matter how small or big the issue. We couldn't recommend Rob and Allied Strata more highly. Five stars, plus!

I have known Rob for many years as he was the Strata Manager for the industrial complex with my factory unit. I had no hesitation in recommending Rob and his staff at ALLIED STRATA and was very happy when we were successful in engaging Rob as the Strata Manager for our residential complex. Their strata knowledge, professionalism and communication make them very easy to deal with.
