I highly recommend Dr Rameek Abdallah . She is an exceptional family doctor who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely cares about her patients. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns, explains everything clearly, and makes me feel comfortable and respected at every appointment. I never feel rushed, and I truly appreciate her kindness, professionalism, and thorough approach to my care. I am so grateful to have such a dedicated and supportive doctor and would confidently recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding GP.

I just rang the clinic to book an appointment with Dr. Reemek for my 6 year old daughter. My daughter was recently in ED and I needed to see a GP for my daughter for follow up. A friend advised I see Dr. Reemek. I tried to explain to the lady on the phone that itβs urgent but unfortunately the lady was not accommodating at all and kept insisting I see another doctor in the clinic instead.

I attended for a Kyleena IUD insertion after being advised over the phone that the procedure was bulk billed. At the appointment I was informed there would be a fee, which differed from what I had been told and what is stated on the screen in the waiting room. There was also a prior booking error for an initial consultation that was not acknowledged. During the procedure I did not feel adequately prepared for what to expect, and found the insertion extremely painful and distressing. I have a history of SA (as I think many other women also do) and I would recommend clearer upfront communication regarding billing, a dedicated consultation beforehand, and more detailed explanation and trauma-informed communication during the procedure to better support patients.

I had a great experience at this medical centre. The doctor( Dr Remeek) is extremely professional, caring, and highly skilled. She has been my doctor for over 10 years, and she always takes the time to listen carefully, examine thoroughly, and genuinely care about her patients. She never rushes appointments, which makes me feel very comfortable and confident in her care. The staff are also wonderful. The receptionist is friendly, helpful, and welcoming, the nurse Fadwa is kind and professional, and the blood collector Marina is very skilled, gentle, and makes the process quick and comfortable. I highly recommend this medical centre
