I will never bring my children back to this clinic. Today was our second bad experience here, and after this, we are done. I brought my son in as an emergency after he broke his front teeth. I had the tooth fragments saved in milk, and the staff knew very well that there is a strict time limit to save a tooth in this situation. Instead of showing any urgency or care, none of the dentists were willing to help. The receptionist just walked from room to room while everyone completely ignored us. Their priority was a patient with a non-emergency appointment, and they didn’t even bother asking if that patient would mind letting a distressed child with a time-sensitive injury go first. To make matters worse, no one apologized or offered a simple, "We're sorry, but we have a patient ahead of you." They said nothing to explain or comfort us. We immediately went to another dental centre nearby, and the difference was night and day—a staff member actually came outside to comfort me and my son right away. This clinic lacks basic compassion, emergency handling, and customer care. Save yourself the stress and take your family somewhere that actually cares about children in painful, urgent situ

I had a great experience with Dr Richard Zhang and Jane at Always Smiles Dental. They were both incredibly friendly, accommodating, and professional throughout my appointments. They took the time to thoroughly address all of my dental concerns and explained everything clearly. No question was ever too big or too small. They were always patient, knowledgeable, and happy to help.
