Chris, it was a pleasure to meet you and have you in my home. You could not have been more knowledgeable, honest and sincere. After 11+ years hanging, I could not believe how fantastic my Verosol blinds looked on return, including the one I accidentally stained in the kitchen. They literally look brand new. Keep up the great work and thank you for everything.

I recently had my blinds professionally cleaned, which included the de-installation and reinstallation of 14 blinds, along with the replacement of 3 motors. The cleaning service itself was excellent. However, one of the replacement motors was installed in such a way that it was impossible to charge. I only discovered this when the blind needed recharging. I contacted the company, and while they confirmed there was nothing wrong with the motor itself, they acknowledged it could not be charged due to the way it had been installed — effectively rendering it unusable. To resolve this, I agreed to have the top blind repositioned as the bottom blind so it could be accessed for charging. Despite this being an installation issue, I was charged a $150 call-out fee. I take strong exception to this charge. I engaged professionals to carry out this work, and the blind was installed in a way that made it impractical to operate without requiring a return visit. I am extremely disappointed with the aftercare and no longer consider myself a satisfied customer.

I had an Issue with 2 of my Hunter Douglas Remote Control Blinds & Andrew & Steve attended today-19/1 & Fixed Both Issues which were Pretty Minor in 15 minutes & then Andrew advised me the Cost was $450- which seemed Very Exorbitant & Ridiculous , & when I queried he then Reduced to $400-, $350- $300- which were all much too Dear & he advised the Call Out Call was $250- & that was because there was 2 People which isn't my Problem because it was a 1 Person Job.He asked me what should the Figure be & I said $250- , but even that was probably Too Expensive as maybe $150- or $200- were more Relevant, but still a Lot of Money for the Time & Effort spent by them. I wouldn't recommend this Company based on that aspect.

Amazing Clean - Chatswood, did a fantastic job cleaning my Whisper Sheer Blinds in both bedrooms. The mould is gone and they look brand new. The cleaning team really ARE amazing. Chris was very helpful, punctual, friendly and confident that the team could bring the blinds back to their original condition and he was absolutely right. I would highly recommend Amazing Clean - Chatswood for their services, you will not be disappointed.

I contacted the Amazing Clean team in Chatswood because of their great ratings on Google Reviews -- and they did not disappoint! OMG just check the photos - our awnings are as good as new - this was so so much more than we had hoped for -- thank you Steve and the whole team we could not be happier!!!
