Took my son for a flu shot, he was very nervous and scared. The team here were wonderful, managed to help him through his fears and have the shot. Fantastic service from a great community pharmacy.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this pharmacy. The level of customer service is exceptional, and the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. The pharmacists are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and take the time to explain everything clearly. It’s obvious they genuinely care about their patients’ health and wellbeing, and they always make sure you feel informed and supported. They are always willing to answer any questions or offer helpful advice. It’s reassuring to know you’re receiving care from pharmacists who know what they’re doing and consistently go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate, and professional healthcare service.

Very good pharmacy at Chatswood in North Willoughby, next to Harris Farm fresh fruit & veggie market. Parking at the back & parking at the side streets in front. We receive our Medibank Private flu shots here.

Pharmacies may not be what people generally consider a fun place to be, but this place has to be an exception. Friendly customer service as soon as you enter, caring staff that have genuine concerns and will answer questions about your health and wellbeing, and great prices in an optimal and convenient location. 10/10 would recommend again

Vinai manages my son’s chronic health conditions with care, sensitivity and kindness. The pharmacists go the extra mile to help me understand medications and often speak with his doctors directly to help me navigate his health options. Vinai has also alerted me to helpful clinical trials and research that have helped my child’s future. I cannot recommend High Street pharmacy more highly, they are the an integral member of my son’s care team.
