Andy was an incredible instructor and made learning to drive enjoyable from start to finish. He helped me feel calm, relaxed, and confident behind the wheel, and his teaching style was by far the best I’ve experienced. After trying several instructors over the years, I passed my test first time after just one month with Andy. He supported me throughout the entire test day and genuinely cared about my success. Learning with Andy felt more like driving with a friend than having a lesson. I’ve already recommended him to friends who are looking to pass quickly and confidently. Highly recommend—5 stars all round!

Andy is such a good instructor, made everything very easy and was patient, awesome teacher and never made me feel stressed in any of the lessons I had with him, definitely recommend him if you’re looking for an instructor! Super easy to get along with too had some great chats. Thanks for helping me get my licence Andy!

Andy was the most amazing teacher ! I had zero driving skills as an 37 year old woman and within a short time I was able to pass my test annd have the confidence to drive around the city with ease ! Andy is kind and calm and makes learning less intimidating! He even makes it fun ! I’m so glad I chose Andy to teach me to drive and I can’t recommend him enough! Thank you Andy ! You are a gem !

I was a mature-aged student (44) who had tried to get my P’s at 19 and 32 but gave up after multiple failures and some pretty negative experiences. Driving became something I avoided and quietly felt ashamed about for years. Last month, I passed my P’s on my first attempt with Andy. It’s hard to explain how much that meant to me. I now own a car and drive confidently, which is something I genuinely never thought I’d be able to say. Andy is calm, patient and incredibly supportive. He explains everything clearly, never makes you feel stupid for mistakes, and prepares you so well that there are no surprises on test day. Most importantly he's got great banter. If you’re spending 1–2 hours in a car with someone, it helps if they’re good company. Andy’s lived an interesting life, including time as a chef, and has plenty of great stories. The lessons feel relaxed, not tense. If you’re nervous, or feel like you're one of these people that aren't meant to drive. Book with Andy. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Andy isn’t just a driving instructor, he’s also my next-door neighbour here in Paddington, and honestly, he’s treated me like family from day one. I’ve been driving since 2008 and already had an overseas licence, but converting it to an Australian one took me a long time on my own. Andy made the whole process so much easier. From the moment I met him, he guided me, taught me all the important road rules, and helped me prepare for the test step by step. Thanks to him, I passed my driving test and got my Australian licence. He’s very professional, but also really funny, easy to talk to, and just a lovely, easygoing person. I highly recommend Andy as a local driving instructor because he’ll really look after you and make sure you’re ready for the road. Thank you Andy for all your help.
