Never going back to this store ever again. There was a very rude volunteer, who appeared to be the 'manager' who very loudly proceeded to tell other customers in the store about another customer and the comments she was making, were, quite frankly, appalling. Irrespective of what that customer had done, it is not her position to speak so negatively of someone. Not very Christian of her at all. The store is crammed full of overpriced smelly clothing, broken items and a lot of garbage that shouldn't be on sale.

I rarely write reviews but my experience was awful. I have never felt worse coming out of a second hand store than this one. There was a simple button up top for $20, when I looked up the brand online, they had similar brand new tops for $30. The manager raised her tone at me for pointing this out and asked me what I was trying to do and if I'm asking the price to be lowered. I said, well, if it can be. The other staff member said she can reduce the price to $ 15. I said that was fine and proceeded to pay. The manager then intervened and stated shes not reducing it by $5 and said $18. This was all very public for the entire store to hear. I had an elderly woman tell me I should be ashamed of myself for asking for a discount. I may have been in the wrong for even mentioning the price of brand new items but I believe good customer service should never involve raising their voices at customers. I can imagine this is out of frustration due to this being a common occurrence where customers are requesting the price to be lowered. Could that possibly indicate that maybe, the prices are too high?

I had previously left a very positive review here but have since witnessed one of the staff members heavily spraying aerosol in the close vicinity of one of the ladies who had just walked into the shop. This lady had done absolutely nothing wrong and the staff member was very very rude to her. When the woman commented that she couldn't breathe because of the aerosol, the staff member tersely responded, more than once, "I have nothing to say about that." The other staff members are lovely but I have previously experienced this staff member being mildly rude towards me, trying to dissuade me from buying a pair of boots I had just tried on, that is something I can accept. Watching her be so incredibly rude to another customer was quite shocking. I don't think I will be returning to what was once one of my favourite op shops. Other people's comments about the opening hours are also true. Online it says 4pm but the store always closes at 3:30pm on the days that specify 4pm on here.

I agree with the previous person who wrote the Op shop hours are strange...went recently and even though states it shuts at 4pm the door said closed at 3.30pm approx. I could still see the staff inside. Outside window shopping looked good ha ha.

This op shop is a bit varied in its hours. I've visited before and found it closed. They have a large range of men's clothes. There is also a full rack of plus size women's clothes. Loads of bras. Easily the most I've ever seen in an op shop. Lots of coats, men's women's and children's which is great for winter. Basically no books. The staff weren't particularly friendly, no one said hello when I came in or asked if I needed assistance. Very different to the New Leaf op shop nearby.
