This is the worst stay I've ever had on any holiday, regardless of the city or country. The apartment is located in a hotel, but there are no clear directions for using the car park or checking in. The rooms are shabby, and the amenities are outdated. The staff is rude, unresponsive, and handles disputes aggressively. I will never return and will advise my friends and coworkers to avoid this company. = The company replied to me, stating that the photos do not match any of their listings or units. However, I can confirm that this is a genuine review of one of their apartments on Bond Street in Sydney, located in the Mantra Hotel. I don't want to send any more emails because I already tried to resolve this dispute through email. After one reply, they ignored me. Now, I believe ApartmentPlus deserves this review.

My experience with Apartments Plus was exceptional from the enquiry process throughout to the end of my stay. Great location and pricing compared to hotels and other serviced apartments, the staff were very helpful and efficient. I'll definitely be back!

I really enjoyed my stay with Apartments Plus. It was easy to book and the apartment was in the perfect location for me to zip in and out of the city for meetings and even walk to work through Hyde Park on days that I was not in a rush. The apartment was neat and had everything I needed for my 3 month stay. I am so glad my EA recommended trying Apartments Plus. It really took a lot of stress off my shoulders having all the essentials there instead of eating out every night and having to buy random bits and pieces that you normally have at home but forget to pack when you're travelling for work. Thanks APP for the awesome hook up! Will definitely be recommending this.

We had a very unpleasant stay. The purported 'apartment' (which is actually a hotel room) is situated within a 3-star hotel, yet the specific room we were allocated is small, poorly-maintained, and dirty, in contrast to the other rooms. Unlike the other rooms, we were denied room service. Adding to the disappointment, the price charged for this room via Airbnb far surpasses that of the other rooms (if we choose to book via this hotel directly). We feel cheated.

We booked an apartment on Darling Harbour, Apartment One Darling 901, the photos were exactly like real life.. The apartment has excellent views of the harbour, it is a very spacious, a very clean & quiet apartment, with everything you need. The building also has a large heated indoor swimming pool, separate spa , gym and sauna. Large Roof top terrace with great views. Walking distance to everything, we literally walked to the rocks, the opera house, Australia Museum, Sealife, Shopping districts restaurants etc etc.. You cannot get a better position. Katrina Was lovely to deal with , the booking process and key pick up was very easy. Highly recommend, thank you
