The Bondi Junction APM services have been open and transparent. They are continuously doing so with understanding and respect for the needs of their clients while still ensuring clients uphold their obligations. I have no hesitation in referring others to APM should they seek the need for their services.

I have never dealt with such unprofessional people before. I was recently allocated to APM and Called them days in advance to explain I had knee surgery the week before and can not make it to the face to face appointment and will provide a medical cert. I was told this was ok and that we can do phone appointment. Needless to say this wasn’t communicated to my case manager and no call took place. When i chased my appointment with them I spoke to the office manager who out right said to me…” I just find it ironic that when we called you ( mind you while I was at work) you hung up the phone or couldn’t take the call and now you’re mad because we didn’t call you”. Lady.. let me remind you that your service is meant to help people find work etc. not be spoken to like they are less than. Totally unacceptable and I wouldn’t recommend you or the Bondi Junction office to anyone to help them find employment

The best employment provider that I have been engaging with!!! Zachary zurlo have been my agent since moving to Bondi and have been doing an amazing job in listening to my needs, signing me up on courses to help me get back to work, even helped me out with working on my own business idea to empower myself and build a better life for myself and my family!! His customer service skills and professional service has been top notch and I couldn't be more happier with working with this office who has been taking me under their wings to support me and give me all the information and tools to et back to work and even more keep the job and maintain it!!! Thank you so much Zac!! Legend!! Respect!!

I have recently gone through a professional shift, moving away from a full-time permanent job to focus on finding clients for my own freelance business advisory. It was scary having a family to provide for and no income at all during a cost of living crisis. APM was an integral part of this transition and I am grateful for them. Not everyone was pleasant to deal with and I have had some bad experiences but not considering them, this review is about --> Zac Zurlo from the Bondi Junction branch who has always been an absolute pro, well spoken, calm, nurturing, understanding and just all round legend! I can't say the same for the rest of the APM team tho!

I can’t express enough how transformative my experience has been, particularly with Swati. She is truly one of the most empathetic individuals I have ever encountered. Her guidance and unwavering support have been invaluable during a time when I felt overwhelmed and stuck.
