It is first time to commence to APM, I was assisted by EC Imelda. I can study in Certificate III in Retail and supported with new laptop. I am also assisted to download the laptop, it is ready to use. Good customer service.

They never answer the phone, some are really rude when on a call with them, and they won’t make appointments till it’s to late and when you ring up to find out what’s going on its apparently your fault for not coming in when they want, even though they forget to make appointments and if you miss it your cut off straight away from your payments,, I really suggest not to come to this office because they are rude and if you tell them what jobs your in to sometimes they wont like it and will try and get a job that you don’t like,, just don’t come to this office I suggest not to!!!!!!!!!!!
