Ark vet is very professional, practical and friendly vet practice, who have been providing great care for our beloved animal companions in Lindfield for years now. Our dog Bella, loves going to the vet which speaks volumes to the quality of the care she has received over the years. I can thoroughly recommend their service.

I’m so lucky to have found Dr Jade. I thought my mini lop, Sunny the Bunny, was a healthy and happy bunny, but during his health check, Jade discovered that his ears were blocked and his ear canals had closed. We decided to go ahead with the ear canal surgery, and I didn’t realise how uncomfortable he had been until after he fully recovered. Now that his ears have healed, he’s even happier than before — he eats more, wees more, does more binkies, and is just such a happy bunny overall. Without Jade, we could have ended up in a much worse situation and probably spent much more money in the long run as well. Thank you so much to Jade for helping Sunny, and I hope all bunny parents become more aware of their rabbits’ ear health! 🐰💛

Our family have been Ark clients for over 20 years. This is our preferred vet in almost every circumstance. We like the staff. The vets are decent people. They show kindness, knowledge, are alert, respect the behavioural characteristics of each patient and communicate well with owners. Any advice offered is practical and sustainable. They encourage rather than criticise. The follow-up is incredible and the pricing is very reasonable. They never overcharge and help us save money wherever possible.

I can’t thank Dr Jade Kingsley and the Ark Vet team enough. I’d previously seen a local vet who suggested putting my cat down, and a cat-only specialist who wasn’t friendly and quoted an outrageous price for dental work. Dr Jade was the complete opposite — kind, gentle, and genuinely caring. My 19-year-old cat, Lucky, needed to be shaved under sedation and undergo blood tests to check his health before undergoing dental surgery. The costs were very reasonable, and the dental quote was much more affordable than elsewhere. It’s such a relief to know Lucky is healthy and has many good years ahead. He was calm and happy after his visit. I’m so grateful to have found a vet who truly cares!
