Appalling service and surprising result after calling the shop a week or two ago a lovely person said we could bring in my dress to swap size or refund even tho was purchased in Hamilton island. Today my husband went to do just that for me and was told by the assistant today, absolutely no option, we would have to fly back to Hamilton to swap the same label. Outrageous. This was a full priced paid dress, unworn with tags and receipt

I would like to leave a review regarding my recent shopping experience in Assembly Label during Black Friday. Unfortunately, I was unable to return an item even if I found it after searching black Friday deals as it was marked with small font “final sale”. And found the staff to be very unfriendly and unhelpful. When I asked staff in the Manly store what to do know the answer was - whatever. It's the last time Im shopping here.

Been twice this week and service was great. Very refreshing after so many of the boutiques are unwelcoming.

We were looked after by Chelsea, she was AMAZING. She was super welcoming and helpful. We had were looking for only a few specific items, however with Chelseas help, we ended up getting a lot more than we intended too. She was very knowledgeable about the brand, and the items, nothing was too much trouble. Her customer service was above and beyond. Beautiful store too!
