Recommended by one of our friends, we recently switched from another accountant to ATS Accountants & Partners. Although only 6 months, we have experienced the best Accountant service we ever had. Absolute RIP OFF! Their work was extremely unsatisfactory and way overpriced (plus they avoided giving an indicative cost until weeks later after collecting all our docs/receipts). After wasting time and money with them we were forced to change tax agent as we had lost all confidence in their ethics and ability. Our next accountant said they couldn't use any of the work done by ATS Taxation and charged way less than what ATS were claiming! Warning to others - do NOT use them.

I've paid $360 last year to do tax on the the 2 previous years. I thought it was a bit expensive but it was too late as they took it on my tax return already... They helped me a bit to know what I could claim accorded to my job/field and I have to say I got some money back. But still, I kinda felt ripped off as they've never told me it was going to be $360! (For half an hour job) even if I'm not sure of the market price, I would have loved to be informed before. I'm looking for another tax agent.

TOTAL RIP OFF!!!! Charged me almost $500 for my tax return. I have one job, no property etc. Totally straight forward tax return. For someone that should have your financial interests at heart, totally ripped me off. Tried to cancel it when she billed me but it was too late, they take it out of the return. Was in there for less than half an hour.
