Had day surgery easy parking and staff were excellent from the time I arrived to the time I left. Nurses and doctors were amazing and made my procedure easier and put my mind at ease. Many thanks to all the staff at Auburn Hospital.

I would like to share my positive experience regarding the care I received at this hospital. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Both the nurses and the doctors are highly professional and truly kind, making me feel well-cared for throughout the process. The only downside, however, is the very long waiting time for every procedure, which can be quite frustrating. Despite this, I am very grateful for the high quality of medical attention provided.

Honestly wish there was a no star option, the wait time is honestly ridiculous and gotten nothing but a half arse help from these people. From the moment I walked in I got given an attitude from a nurse sitting on the computer at the door. I kindly asked the receptionist a question but before i could even open my mouth she greeted me with β€œyo” and a blunt face. i’m sorry what happened to patient centred care and customer service. Wish i got their name but it was an asian woman with glasses working on 29/05/26 afternoon shift 18:45. If you’re not happy with your job please do not come, there’s already people in pain waiting to get checked, we do not need your misery.

Once again, Auburn hospital is 10/10. The staff in the Emergency Department are fantastic and work quickly and thoroughly. Beats Westmead Hospital by a long shot! Attended previously for pneumonia and another virus and was taken in straight away after triage and attended to and put straight on oxygen. They went above and beyond over the course of a few days to help me and get me breathing properly on my own. Also attended for a family member who was having a heart episode. He was also taken in straight away after being triaged and had tests, scans and monitoring completed straight away and on an ongoing basis. The nurses and doctors went above and beyond in doing their jobs. Administration and orderly staff were fantastic too. A family member was taken here by ambulance after tearing a muscle off the bone and the staff were exceptional in providing prompt treatment. They all went above and beyond to assist and provide the necessary emergency medical treatment.

I was initially hesitant to take my mother to Auburn Hospital due to the negative reviews and considered a private hospital instead. However, I want to share my honest experience after my mother was admitted to the emergency department on Saturday evening. While our initial experience with the triage was not ideal and the wait time was frustrating, I understood it was a busy night. I was patient and decided to stay, and I am glad I did. Once my mother was admitted to the surgical ward, the care she received was outstanding. Dr. Woo, Dr. Jenna, Dr. Ezabella, and the rest of the team performed her surgery successfully and did an excellent job. The nurses in the surgical ward were highly qualified, very friendly, and incredibly helpful during my mother's recovery. The physiotherapist also did an excellent job. I know it may be early to write a review, but I wanted to express my gratitude and give Auburn Hospital a 5-star review. If I could give more stars, I certainly would. Thank you to everyone for your exceptional care and dedication. I really appreciate it.
