Avoid this company! After placing an order then reading reviews of similar experiences i called to confirm that there was infact no stock in Australia. I have cancelled and requested a refund. Lucky i decided to read reviews and make a call otherwise who knows how long I would be waiting for a courtesy reply.

Easy ordering process on the website. I didn't hear any updates for nine days and had to reach out myself for an update. The person on the phone was very helpful. They advised me that the product was out of stock when I ordered it, even though it said it was in stock on the website. I feel this company needs to implement a automatic notification to the customer that says, look we don't have your product in stock currently, it's arriving in XX amount of days and we will have it posted by XXX date. This would just provide an update to the customer rather than leaving them in the dark. Overall happy with the product quality and once the item was dispatched, it arrived within three business days.

We had an issue with our new rc buggy after 5 mins use and was trying to find information on how to fix the problem. We did not purchase our Rc buggy from this company, so there was no obligation on their part to help us. Rang these guys up and after sending them the requested video they went well above expectations to help us. Gave detailed information on what may have caused the problem and how to fix it. Can’t fault their service or the quick response.

Everything went seamlessly from order stage, to confirmation, tracking, postage with Australian Post & arrival to my address. Thank you for your cooperation in providing such a great service. Finally my order was a perfect fit in every way. I really appreciate the attention to detail for the many shapes of the female human body as your measurements were perfect. I made an order with these guys in November of last year. At the time of placing the order I was told they had stock on hand but if for some reason they didn't have enough the longest it would take was 4 - 8 weeks for more stock to arrive. I didn't hear anything until I decided to call them mid January. I was them told they would send my order out promptly. I have not heard a thing so I called back a week later and was told again to expect the delivery the next week. Sure enough, nothing. It took weeks of me calling them daily following up on my order for them to send part of it out. I was then told mid February that I was going to have to wait for at least 8 - 12 weeks for the remaining parts of my order, due to the Chinese New Year. Despite the fact I placed my order 3 months earlier. I am not sure if they are running a scam or if they are just truly incompetent but I will never be ordering from them again and I recommend no one else does either.
