I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Before signing the contract, they were extremely persistent and responsive. However, once the contract was signed and the solar system installed, their communication dropped off completely. I am now dealing with a faulty inverter and have tried multiple times to get support. I sent several emails with no response and made numerous phone calls. When I finally managed to reach someone and explained the issue, they hung up on me and have not responded since. This level of after-sales service is unacceptable, especially for a system as important and expensive as solar. I would strongly recommend others think carefully before choosing this company, as support seems to disappear once they have your business. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

My Inverter was connected unsafe and almost started a fire. When I contacted Austra Solar first they just wanted to sell me a battery and when I said no I have an issue they hung up. After many calls and emails the last I got was that they apologise for the inconvenience and to send a quote for repair but not to do anything until approved. That was over a week ago and when I send a follow up email I dont get a respond and when I call they hang up the phone. Stay away

Very happy with the install & the 23.3Kw Stackable battery. As well as by far the best quote/price by far the installers did a very neat job and a google search of the battery brand "FOX ESS" states that it is a leading brand in the UK with 35% of the market. All of in/out data power generation etc is viewable real time to my phone. David M

Very happy with the battery. Works great. Had to wait a month and a half for the install which was understandable due to the popularity of the Federal Government Rebate. I couldn't get it any cheaper after shopping around everywhere. The FoxESS looks tidy on the wall too. Overall, I'm very happy.
