I was pleasantly surprised with the warm customer service i was met with around 2:30 Pm Wednesday the 23rd. Im used to really mean and grumpy admin at most post offices ive been to lol. I told the elderly gentleman that i thought he was awesome, and promised to leave feedback (which i was more than happy to do)

Waiting for awhile in a queue and couldn’t access the internet there and the public WiFi isn’t working as well so I cant access my email to get the information for the parcel. I wasn’t allowed to leave my stuff quickly there while I go somewhere with the internet access, instead the staff suggested to come back later while the queue is very long. Very unhelpful and upsetting. At least install your own wifi if you know this situation make your customers unhappy. The other staff was nagging at me to when I try to take my turn saying she’s not ready. No wonder the rating and review here are terrible

Lined up to on Saturday prior to open, approached a gentleman to organise getting a passport photo done for my infant, the gentleman started setting the camera up, which clearly turned on, when a woman abruptly yells out, we can't do passport photos, the camera doesn't work, 'we're waiting for the technician to come in to fix it', when it was clearly on and working. If you want to be yelled at, and get service pulled out under the rug because they just want to shirk responsibility, I highly recommend you come here!

I was really impressed by the my most recent service at this shop. An employee went above and beyond in my requirements and needs for an express post. Pity I didn't obtain her name, as I would have liked to give her a shout out and compliment to auspost feedback.

Usually the people who work here are absolutely lovely and super helpful, but I came in today at 1pm to pick up a parcel and was understanding that they were closed. I asked the woman who came up to speak to me if I need to worry about them sending back a parcel that had been in the post office a week already (with no notification, and no collection slip in my post box so I didn’t know it had even arrived). The woman who came and talked to me (with red hair) was so rude and seemed to enjoy the fact I was worried about my parcel being shipped back. She said she couldn’t retrieve a parcel I could literally see on the shelf from where I was standing, while I’d been there waiting since 1:00pm and it was 1:10pm and they still had a customer inside they were dealing with. Not only was I understanding that she couldn’t grab the parcel, but I was also very calm, knowing they said they were closed. So to be treated with such callous, mocking energy when I was literally agreeing with her was quite jarring. I said there was no need to be rude and she scoffed. Sidenote, I also sprinted over there on my only free hour before doing a double shift in hospitality. I wouldn’t be surprised if she se
