Easy to reach, long lines but don't expect an accurate schedule since the 24 hours tag only applies to the exterior office gate drop off lockers.

Vending machine for prepaid parcels constantly broken, means multiple people lining up in queues for 30 mins just to post a domestic parcel. Terrible business model

The staff at identities service was mean and impatient. It’s the same staff mentioned repeatedly by other negative reviews. Very disappointed to see there is absolutely no progress for over a year.

Only useful for parcel drop & vending machine, avoid interacting with staff!!! Great location to use the oversized parcel drop before/after hours, and the vending machine is a life saver - but the staff are some of worst people I've ever interacted with. 10+ year of trying to be served, they're rude and hostile and I'm shocked the location hasn't been shut or had an entire staff firing. They never explain themselves, refuse service, insult patrons and I've seen them yell at people for not understanding ill-advertised services like passports. I'm not a snowflake, it takes a lot of offend me, but today's refusal of staff to explain overseas shipping prepaid parcels was the last straw - they made me queue so they could chat between coworkers and then refused to help me -- and they way they can't have their energy matched is a joke. I'm calling out the senior staffer (male, tall with dark hair) and the female staffer in the hijab for this as it's the second time they've been rude.
