BRIGID’s Rude behaviour: My experience with Brigid was extremely disappointing. I visited to collect a parcel, but she did not properly attend to me even though I was standing directly in front of her. Instead of guiding me or explaining what I needed to do, she simply stared at me, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Her manner came across as rude and unwelcoming, and she showed a clear lack of customer service. A front desk role should be handled by someone warm, polite, and helpful, especially when customers are unsure where to go or what to do. Unfortunately, Brigid did not provide that level of service.

I went there four times today. I took the bus there and back four times in the rain, only to end up not getting my package. The third time I was told to print something out and come back before 6 pm. Then I came back at 5:38 pm, and they had already comfortably finished work and closed up. Thanks for nothing. Next time just say before 5:30 pm. It would’ve saved me a whole hour

Convenient Location, hard to find a park lots of parcel lockers. Staff are friendly. Be careful of the main doors on your way out they do not open as fast as they should and I have walked straight into it and split my head open.

Great friendly service and helpful staff, fantastic location right opposite the park, easy parking and access to the parcel lockers opposite the carpark. They even have a vending machine with satchels etc, one of the best post office buildings I've ever seen.

I have been to this post shop many times since I keep missing packages. I have never tried to mail things, so I cannot comment on their full range of services, but I have nothing but good things to say about parcel collection. First of all, parcel collection is open until pretty late-6 pm, and around 5:30 pm the crowd levels are pretty low. I generally show up close to 5 pm and I feel like social distance protocols are very well maintained and the space is very open and clean. The staff are also super helpful—I went to collect a package that somehow did not get associated with my account and was not in their usual spots, more ready to be sent back area, and they dropped everything as a team to go and locate the package for me and found it. I hope I have a similar experience when I start using their mailing services as well! Also the location is beautiful, see pictures!
