Refused to provide passport photos for a baby because he was 'too young' despite the website clearly stating that they offer newborn passport photos. I guess babies just aren't allowed to travel internationally until it's convenient for the employee to do their job 🙄

Parcel Lockers are super secure and they made a new renovation where there are now two HUGE lockers. P.S: To gain access to the parcel locker, apparently type 2010# code on the door with scanning systems on the locker screen which is cool!
