If I could give them no stars I would. THEY DO NOT deliver on the promises they make to get your money. Training is a shambles. Workshop assessments are a poorly organised joke. They provide little helpful support. They charge through the nose and supply nothing in return. Outright thieves. Attempts to communicate with them over my lack of support and value for money were blatantly ignored. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere! Update regarding review reply by trainsmart. NO it was NOT resolved. I was left with a $5000 debt with NOTHING to show for it! It was not a beauty course. Likely I am not the only person with a bad experience.

Studied quite a bit I did start with a terrible trainer that made so many spelling errors wasn't returning marked assessments and wouldn't put feedback or mark some assessments at start. Few complaints from many students we got another trainer, can't thank Megan Bird enough her endless advice within the aod counselling sector which is her expertise was greatly appropriated, she went above and beyond. Would highly recommend for aod an counselling diplomas.

Where do I start!! - Poor customer service - Unprofessional communication - You must pursue any issues yourself to get anywhere with your concern - Important emails and deadlines are sent within disrespectful timeframes - Staff apparently start work at 11am, while you can hear screaming kids in the background - Operating and expecting answers outside normal business hours - There should be an explanation to why my teacher had two different names (Answers the phone to Chris but apparently his name is Nicolaas) - Never received any help nor follow up’s the entire year duration of the course from my “teacher”, not one email to ask how I was going… NOT ONE! - There is not a single main office to contact, it’s very ambiguous - Spelling errors in all course material provided - All material and assessments are irrelevant due to being outdated by a century... It feels absurd to have to learn as it clearly is not practised nor relevant anymore. - Personal life is included within videos course material, irrelevant to my education - No return of calls, ever - Online portal is never updated, user experience is horrendous - No training or mentoring sessions provided as legally agreed upon appli

Trainsmart training curriculum helped me get the step up I needed to reach my higher learning future goals. Megan my Teacher was amazing offering second to none expertise in her field and the Admin support are lovely are offer friendly service.
