Really happy with these guys. Van was clean, ran well, no dramas at pick-up or drop-off. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Good value, no hidden fees or surprises. Would rent from them again for sure!

DO NOT BOOK! DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. They are also the most expensive out of all the other campervan companies. TERRIBLE SYSTEM. They state that the deposits are non-refundable in their terms and conditions chapter 6. If you are looking for a cheap campervan in NZ great pricing do not use this company. Have been reported to the commerce commission for improper advertising. NOTE: This is with New Zealand Backpackers Campervan Rentals and Tours they run under the Australian company - can only place a review on this company and not their other company.

Customer service was incredible. I had some issues with location pickup and they offered $50 to help with Uber from airport, and resolved all issues in a friendly and productive manner. Highly recommend, will be using again for sure! 🙂
