Before the exam, he clearly explained the test format and time management, and we even did mock tests. He carefully analyzed my weaknesses and gave me precise advice. Thanks to him, I didn't feel too nervous during the actual exam and could apply everything I learned in class. Also, the staff, including Yada-san, who speaks Japanese, were always caring and welcoming, making my school life very enjoyable. Thanks to their support, I successfully achieved my target score on my first attempt and moved on to the next step. I studied with Michael for about a month to prepare for my PTE. At the beginning, I had very little understanding of the PTE test, but with his help I achieved the score I needed for my 485 visa. He is very patient and professional, and he knows exactly how to identify my weak points and help me improve.
