Dr Dan was very thorough in his examination, looking at the scalp, between fingers and toes, along with other bodily areas. He followed-up on previous visits’ ‘discoveries’ and their progress. He is very approachable and makes you feel relaxed. Highly recommended.

I can't recommend this skin cancer clinic highly enough. From the moment you walk in, the team is warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. When Doctor Dan Svagers identified a large melanoma, he took the time to explain everything clearly, from the treatment options and what to expect during the procedure to the aftercare and ongoing follow-up. His proactive approach with regular skin checks gives me great confidence that my health is in the best hands. Dan Svagers is an exceptional doctor. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate, and he is well known for treating every patient with genuine care and respect. He explains everything in a way that is reassuring and easy to understand, and his ability to build genuine rapport and make patients feel comfortable immediately puts you at ease during what can be a stressful time. I am so grateful for the outstanding care I have received and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for expert, compassionate skin cancer care.

I've been seeing Dr Ruby for many years and she is wonderful. She is incredibly thorough, takes the time to really listen, and genuinely cares about her patients. I always feel comfortable, never rushed, and leave knowing I've had a very thorough skin check. I highly recommend Dr Ruby and the team.

Dr Sena is an exceptional doctor — professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and always makes you feel comfortable and supported, even during stressful situations. The staff are just as wonderful. Everyone is warm, friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the clinic is always well organised and runs smoothly. I’ve been so impressed with the care I’ve received that I’ve referred family and friends to the clinic, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for skin cancer checks or treatment. I would highly recommend the Australian Skin Cancer Clinic Balgowlah, particularly Dr Dan Svagers. Dr Svagers was extremely thorough during my examination, patient, and attentive to all of my concerns. He answered my questions clearly and effectively, and took the time to educate me on the effects of sun exposure on my skin, as well as the precautions I can take moving forward to better protect myself in the future. What also stood out to me was the exceptional service from the reception staff. From the moment I walked into the clinic, they were incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, which is unfortunately quite rare these days. They made me feel comfortable straight away and created a very positive atmosphere within the clinic. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed, and they truly made the entire experience feel personal and reassuring.
