Auto Hero Car Battery Replacement & Roadside Assistance

I’m writing this an hour after I have got home from an emergency road side assistance from Auto Hero and this is the first thing I’m doing because this company is deserving of it. Honestly, I have never been more impressed with a service in my life (especially having been in scenarios like this before and the service has not been great). Stopped on the side of the road after a very close call, I had called the number and got through straight away to Matt. He was there so quickly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A very bad situation was made much better after knowing I was in good hands and ended up turning a very bad night into better circumstances which is rarely ever the case. Matt was super friendly, prompt and extremely skilled with a ton of experience. Could not recommend them higher and have saved their number incase anything happens again as I would never use anyone else again.

I had an unusual trailer tyre to find, with no luck browsing the web. Auto Hero gave me 3 shops within a day after I used their online service free!

Car decided to not start at 730am! Got into touch auto hero and they were there in 30 mins! Not pushy on buying a battery, knew exactly what was wrong and also a good bloke! Highly recommend

Matt showed up within 45mins, was able to change the tyre within 5 mins, talked me through what I was doing wrong. 10/10 customer service and work

Big big big thanks to Matt, I had large metal object in my tyre being a new wanted to ensure I had a professional change and inspect my tyre little did I know how easy and fast Matt was ensuring I was safe and he was on the way excellent job very great price not only did change my tyre but ensured my others were good and safe to drive , 10/10 definitely recommend giving Matt a call
