I was in the process of purchasing a small business in WA and a last minute bank error was going to hold up settlement for up to 2 weeks. This wasn't an option for me, so I sourced the loan from private drawings and needed to supply 2 Bank Guarantees within 3 days. Enquiries led me to Avenue Bank and as soon as I made contact, the ball started rolling...and fast. I had a personal contact ( Clarence was amazing ) who made sure the process ran super smoothly. The new bank accounts were created, the funds were moved into them and the BG's created with NET ZERO fuss......!!! It's rare to find a service that doesn't get bogged down with bureaucracy and trivia.....I'm still laughing at how easy it all was...!! Don G
